Ganesh Dixit friends- our victory is 100% sure, here are some courts highlights which i want to share on 8th nov gov council c.b yadavji was only crying and shouting in the court when justice ashok bhushanji asked him after larger bench order govt 15 and 16th amendment is lawful? on this question he had no answer, bcoz in the larger bench order it is clearly mention that the state gov has to take notice of the fact that the weightage has to be given in the recruitment process, after then justice bhusanji said now govt 15 and 16th amendment itself become illegal. after then c.b yadavji said two big lie in court he said in ncte guideline it is only written that weightage may be given to tet marks but justice bhushan said it is should not may but c.b yadavji kept adamant then bhushanji said read ncte guideline and when he read he himself read should and start shouting after then justice bhushan said that old add which was published after 12th amendment that is totally lawful bcoz it followed N.C.T.E guideline and ncte is silent on the issue that how much weightage has to be given to tet marks it can be 1% or 100% it has to be decided by the state govt and previous govt gave 100% weightage to tet marks means tet base merit selection hence it proved that on 20th nov our old add will re-instate. jai tet merit , jai old add
