Gang, The December meeting is one week away! If youve not yet let me know for certain that youre coming, NOW is the time to do it so I can make sure that Darrell plans for enough food. Whatever numbers I have as of this coming Friday (12-5) is what will be locked in for a headcount. PRICE UPDATE: Darrell crunched the numbers and gave me a price of $12.66 per person which includes tip and tax. Breakdown: Meal + drink : $9.82 Tip : $1.78 Tax : $1.06 Total :$12.66 The numbers I have as of now, assuming that everyone that has told me that they are going to be there actually arrives... is ~ 64.5 carbon based life forms. So, if you plan to sit as a group, have a favorite spot etc., I highly suggest that you get there early enough to claim it. I cant promise anyone their favorite this is my spot seating. In fact, if everyone shows, I cant even promise that well all be able to fit in the same room. There may be spill over in the next room. Hope to see you all there! Same ham time. Same ham channel. There is no official presentation this month, although it might be possible that well have a visit from Santa.
