Gang, before we close tonight (just got done updating our cover/profile photos to reflect the coming frenzy...), we want to let you know how much we appreciate being able to share our stories and our finds with you! Thanks for your trust and enthusiasm - and well continue to work to earn both. Speaking of enthusiasm, are you curious about the week ahead? First: we will be open for our normal hours (10A-8P) on Wednesday. If you want a jump on your holiday shopping, thatll be a good day for it. We will be closed on Thursday to spend some time in gratitude... and then, well open on Friday morning for the official start of the holiday gift giving season. Most of the shops along Minnehaha will be open and participating in the collaborative Plaid Friday Twin Cities promotion on Friday (November 28). Were excited to share that all 6 of the open shops will be offering discounts. Skip the big-box loss-leader stampedes and shop local, instead! Junkets Plaid Friday markdown will be a 20% discount on everything vintage. If you wear plaid, youll also qualify for a 100% reused Junket logo tee with any $30 purchase (we just brought in another batch of the tees and are eager to share some of our favorites!). The weekend will continue with Small Business Saturday (again, with most Minnehaha Mile shops participating). For Small Business Saturday (also this weekend, score!), Junket will be offering a 10% discount on everything vintage). And of course, well still be slinging donuts and coffee on Sunday, as well... perhaps a bit anticlimactic after the big weekend discounts, but then, perhaps a bit more relaxed in tone, as well. Regardless of when you visit, were excited to help you generate some thoughtful gift ideas during the next several weeks (ooh...and we offer gift certs, too, should you simply want to share the Junket experience)...
