Garage workout #3: 20-25mins of METABOLIC CONDITIONING: Will promote lean muscle mass, functional strength capacity and fat loss (if your nutrition is good) - a mixture 24kg kettle bell and resisted bear crawl ANKORR work. This will be the final in the series from my Aussie holiday, back to Auckland today. 5 Rounds - 1 min rest between rounds (you can make it 3 or 4 rounds if you like) EACH ROUND IS 5 bear crawls 5 L/Arm Kettlebell snatch 5 bear crawls 5 R/Arm Kettlebell snatch 5 bear crawls 5 Kettlebell Thrusters 5 bear crawls 5 Kettlebell Cleans You can use Dumbbells if you dont have Kettlebells and if you dont have an ANKORR Harness just make your bear crawl distance 6-8m IF YOU WANT TO MAKE IT HARDER DO EVERY SECOND ROUND AS ANKORR REVERSE BEAR CRAWLS
