Gary Bob and i went to the British Film Institute yesterday because Yoko Ono was interduceing a film and being huge Beatle fans we wanted to see her . I expected the film to be an arty farty thing but how wrong was i . It was the true story of a young man called Josh who lives in one of the most beautiful parts of America . He has lived there all his life and the film showed his parents building their house in the seventys . The point of the film was the big gas companys want to start Fracking (it does have a much more technical name but it means extracting gas from deep under ground by blasting down tons of jets of water )The young man Josh started to research what they wanted to do in his area and the results are horrifing . I thought fracking involved just water but they put millions of chemicals in that distroy wildlife contaminate the water and cause untold misery and health problems . They are trying to start fracking in the uk but if we want a world left for our children and grandchildren then this must be STOPPED . I do not know how we stop them but by the power of fb i hope we can start . If you can watch the film called Gasland its a good place to start . Kove and peace
