The judge’s wife used to be the president of the University of Hawaii Foundation, and they serve to raise funds for the university, taking money from corporations such as Monsanto to be in line with the corporations’ interests. On September 6, 2011, Monsanto donated $500,000 to the University to establish power in the University, more specifically a “Monsanto Research Fellows Fund for plant science“. In 2010, Monsanto gave $100,000 once more for their ‘scholarship fund’, surely receiving something in exchange for that, surely establishing some form of alliance. So, this judge’s wife was directly involved in taking money from Monsanto, multiple times.
