Gathered into the love of God, we make our prayers in the name of Jesus the Lord of all That we all may remain faithful as best we can to the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ, lord hear us That the church as the body of Christ be faithful to the gospel and live out the values of Jesus Christ today, Lord hear us For all who have been so badly affected by the recent disasters in the Philippines, the USA, and other places, that they may recover from illness and hardship, and be restored to their homes; Lord hear us For all suffering economic hardship in our country, that our care and compassion may reach them in practical ways before Christmas, Lord hear us For all who have died, especially __________ who died recently and for _____________ and all whose anniversaries occur at this time; we pray for them and for all whom we remember in this month of November, Lord hear us Celebrant: Let us pray Give to us Lord peace in time of worry, confidence in time of anxiety, hope in times of doubt. Give us always a deep sense of your loving presence all the days of our life. Grant this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
