Gay rights-public policy is never static its dynamic. If a person is born with a defect and likes an another person with the same problem and they want to live together, whats the problem. They are not criminals or psychopaths or a menace to the society. And STDs are not spread only by this relation. 40% of 12 to 16 yrs girls are forcibly pushed into flesh trade. Mumbai and kolkatta are hub to this trade. It is disgusting. Times are changing. Need to accept.
