Gazs Gutbuster #1 - The Big Five 55. Hey guys, Here is my first gutbuster workout. The aim is to complete the session as quickly as possible with good exercise technique. Warm up with at least 5 to 10 mins of moderate cardio (you should be sweating and breathing a little heavily. Stretch and foam roll any tight muscle groups. At minimum foam roll your back, glutes and outer thighs. Use the heaviest weight you can complete 10 good reps with to complete the following 5 exercises. 1) Squats 2) Chin Ups 3) Deadlifts 4) Bench Press 5) Russian Twists Complete 10 reps of every exercise, then 9, 8 and so on until you complete 1 rep in the final set. Complete 3 to 5 mins of very light cardio to finish. The focus here is solely on keeping your body moving in order to help flush out any lactic acid you will have accumulated in your muscles. Make sure you stretch well before you leave the gym. Enjoy :) Gaz
