Gday from Australia, My name is Frank Gallagher I was born in Scotland 1941, I have been living in Australia for the past 51 years. My Mother Mary Ann Gallagher (nee Devine) was born in Aghyaran in 1915. Her Father was Patrick Devine and her Mother was Bridget Devine. Some of her Aghyaran siblings, are Columba - Ann Jane - Theresa - Roseanna - Eddie - I was named after my Uncle Frank Goan... ( I lived in Aghyaran during WWII with my Aunty Ann Jane when Glasgow was being bombed, my brother Jimmy lived with my Aunty Theresa during this period, and my brother Ned lived with my Aunty Roseanna.) I have some old 1930 photographs, I would like to post in this group, from time to time ... God Bless you all in Aghyaran. (My Mother Mary Ann is 2nd from the right, family rumour is she may have been engaged to one of these unknown handsome Aghyaran gentlemen in the early 1930s) can anyone identify them or the other Aghyaran lady sitting next my Mother?
