Gearing up to head to orientation at Bethlehem College & Seminary this morning. Feeling joyful but cautious. For those that dont know I started the Degree Completion Program two years ago and got one semester in and had to leave because I was unable to raise funds. I was heartbroken and confused. God cut out so much self dependence and sovereignty thoughts I had hidden in my heart. I just couldnt do enough to get what I KNEW I needed. Fortunately He really knows better. So this morning I gear up to head to orientation. I didnt get to do this last time. I hold in my hand the homework due on the first day and it is already completed. I didnt have this last time either. I came in behind and struggled to keep up all semester. I am overjoyed to be headed back to school, but the Lord has created a caution in me that I cant let school be my savior. Jesus Christ is that. I would like to ask that any of my brothers and sisters that feel led would join me in prayer for a single item-That Jesus Christ be glorified through my studies and that joy be brought not only to my life, but to all the people the Lord allows me to use this education for in order to magnify (telescope, not microscope) the greatness of our Lord and Savior Jesus as well.
