Geauga Lake was home to many firsts in the industry. The first to combine a water park and rides in one gate, the first to have two consecutive loops in a coaster, and the first installation of a Huss Top Spin in North America. Here is a picture of that Huss Top Spin called Texas Twister installed at Geauga Lake in 1995 and the final day of operation in 2007. It had one of the best themed areas with the twister damaged buildings in the background and in its early years a large subwoofer to simulate thunderous wind noises. After Geauga lakes closure it went to Californias Great America and was renamed Firefall.
