Geeking out at Golds Gym Venice: Sunday was leg day. So I used some climbing gear and elastomers to decrease the load on the leg press at the bottom of the range. This is where the machine feels heaviest and where I have the least mechanical ability. With this set-up, the load is heaviest where I am strongest and lightest where I am weakest. Dont get me started on the joint forces! Feels great and allowed me to do mindful sets of 20, 30, 40, and 50 reps. So good! RTS Continuum Training inspired goodness!
