Geelani Calls for protest demonstrations after Friday prayers on October 25 SRINAGAR, 23 Oct. :Chairman Hurriyat Conference Syed Ali Geelani while lashing at administration for instigating administrator of a religious school and his brother in Goal incident and called it the worst type of state terrorism. Calling for state wide protest demonstrations after Friday prayers on October 25, Syed Ali Geelani while rejecting the police version, said that statement alleging the two brothers in desecration of Holy Quran is a brazen lie and added that a true Muslim cannot even imagine of indulging in such matters. Wednesday, Syed Ali Geelani in his statement to The Global Kashmir stressed and reiterated his demanded for the arrest of BSF personnel involved in civilian killing in Goal incident. Rejecting the Police Special Investigation Teams statement wherein they have claimed that they with the help of modern scientific technology have arrested two brothers for hatching conspiracy , Syed Ali Geelani said that till now such scientific devices have not as such devised and if there is any such device then why those killers involved in the killing of four civilians are yet to be apprehended .What is the cause of confusion regarding the culprits and which among the two statements of police or BSF is reliable. Putting the question mark for government sponsored inquiries Syed Ali Geelani said that we are well aware about all these teams and added that we had stated that announcement about the investigations is nothing but it is a move to calm public ire and it aims to provide benefit of doubt to those involved in such killings and the innocents would be framed in fabricated charges. Syed Ali Geelani asked how justice can be expected from those who perpetrated and designed all these innocent killings. Syed Ali Geelani while referring to Markundal and Shopian massacre said that no doubt they have formulated the investigating teams; however no justice will be done with the families of those killed in such incidents. Reiterating immediate release of Qari Shabir Hussain and his brother Ab Lateef and action against the BSF personell involved in killing ,Syed Ali Geelani said that keeping all these circumstance in mind ,the people of Kashmir are left with only two options ,and added either we have to give off our struggle or strive for freedom till last .Syed Ali Geelani in his appeal to the people called for a protest demonstration after Friday prayers in entire valley including Banihal, Kishtwar, Doda and added that the great nations prefer a dignified death and strive for the sacred cause without taking into consideration the victory or defeat .They carry their struggle and strive for the pious cause. It is our commitment, Syed Ali Geelani said that we will peruse our struggle against the suppression and injustice and repressive measures won’t deter us from perusing the freedom movement.
