Gen 29:32 And Leah conceived, and bare a son, and she called his name Reuben: for she said, Surely the LORD hath looked upon my affliction; now therefore my husband will love me. Some time ago I had written in my notes on here of how Jacobs less loved wife wound up baring Jacobs firstborn, and named him Reuben meaning See! A son!. This would be a type, a physical type of prophecy, for the Son of God being born to mankind as our Redeemer. It is no coincidence in the last days we come back around to one of Reubens descendants proclaiming the same in not one (A New Day Has Come, stayed No. 1 for 21 weeks straight), but two songs seen throughout the whole world.
