Gen. Oliny to break the silent soon! The government troops in Malakal town are mostly comprising of militia men from shilluk tribe, allying with the government of Salva Kirr and their rooks. In the latest development, their commander, Oliny is in a grave confrontation with the SPLA-juba forces now in Malakal town. This development comes as a result of the continuing detention of Dr. Lam Akol by the government in Juba preventing him from participating in the peace talk in Ethiopia. In addition, Gen. Oliny has got tired of bad attitude toward him and his troops by the SPLA-Juba troops in Malakal town Its worth noting that Gen. Oliny is the right-hand-man of Dr. Lam Akol who is the leader of SPLM-DC, the one currently leading the political parties in the peace talk. As we speak, Gen. Oliny has left with no choice after continued harassment of his troops by the government forces and especially the members of the Bahr el Gazel soldiers and the detention of their political leader, Dr. Lam Akol. This is just a starting point toward achieving a lasting peace in this Country.
