Genealogy Tidbit: The obituary of my Great-Great Grandmother Elizabeth Dubreuil Beaulieu, mother of Emma Beaulieu. Ogdensburg Advance Newspaper, Thursday, 29 November 1917, under Helena News: "Mrs. Lewis Beaulieu (Elizabeth Dubreuil), aged 73 years, died on Wednesday (21 November 1917) at her home, about one mile from this village. Mrs. Beaulieu had been in poor health for a long time and was tenderly cared for by her daughter, Mrs. Lewis Tyo (Anna Mariam Beaulieu), with whom she resided. She was a kind Christian woman and will be greatly missed by the family. The funeral was held on Saturday at Brasher Falls, Rev. C. J. Crowley officiated. The bearers were John R. Crowley, W. A. Noland, Levi Labarge, David Rabideau, Stephen Pealo, and A. Santameau. She leaves three daughters, Mrs. Lewis Tyo (Anna Beaulieu) and Mrs. Peter Leclair (Emma Beaulieu) of this place, Mrs. Wilfred Leclair (Alice Beaulieu, sister to Emma Beaulieu) of Stockholm and two sons, Ernest and William of Massena." ///// Note: The writer failed to mention a surviving third son Frederick J.
