General Manager (Yarn & Materials) Location : TST (Retail & Garment Mfg) Working Day : 5 days Benfits : 13-14th Month Payment, Performance Bonus, Annual leave, Medical benefits, Banking Holiday - Diploma or above - 8-10 years experience or above in sweater yarn production / products with at least 3 years in a managerial role - Well versed in garment manufacturing & trading, materials and fabric (Yarn, cashmere) and development - Results oriented, enjoy working as a team with own division, Group members and trading partners - Strong analysis and negotiation skills - Source quality yarn and other apparel related materials on optimal terms both for the Group’s own production and for general trading purposes, at standards set by the Group from time to time - Expand on the Group’s established greater China supply sources and trading partners, as well as explore into new business, materials and/or new markets - Responsible for this division to achieve the Group’s goals - Business plans and ensure execution on target - Lead materials development to customers’ requirements / anticipation and provide recommendations to the Group’s management on material sourcing / development strategies - Develop and maintain mill relationships to ensure key partnerships for future growth - Interact with development, merchandising, manufacturing, logistics and customer services teams for all technical fabric issues from product development through production and sales - Formulate and implement CRM strategies, ensuring high level of customers (internal/external) satisfaction from different perspectives - Manage and train own division staff to excel on their jobs, with cross departmental and/or supplier training for the Group’s benefits Interested candidates send complete resume to clcjob@rocketmail
