General Request: If I ask for advice, please know that I am not begging at your feet to be told what to do. If I ask, and your advice rings true with my intuition, I will proceed. And if it doesnt ring true, then I will thank you kindly, let you know why Im not taking the advice, and move forward. Its nothing personal to you. I just need to be personal about me and live my life my way right now. If you disagree with the way I choose to live my life, feel free to express it. But please, do not tell me that I am choosing suffering. I am choosing the temporary pain of surgery and detox now to avoid suffering later. Surgery and insomnia hurt. And I dont know what to do about that. Im working toward my health recovery in every way that feels applicable to me -- and there are many. But if you just want to come onto my page to badger me and preach and insist that our way is the only way, just walk away and sell your program elsewhere. I am trying my damnest with the tools available me (and whilst being in search of new tools to augment the systems Im finding/choosing) to be loving, compassionate, and in a place where I even feel comfortable asking for help. Im really working on basic equilibrium. Insults of my path will not be of help to either of us, unless you just get off trying to martyr yourself. Thank you for being considerate of my path and choices.
