Generations after us. We emerged in the late 70 and 80s a result of a fighting era called the 60s. Our parents opened doors that was closed to their parents and when we came along we opened them a little wider. You dont sling open a door all at once. You open it a little at a time. Children of the future you are needed to open it that much more under your watch. Dont open it with anger.. Dont open it with violence. Dont open it with deceit. Dont open it with prejudice. Dont even open it with worrying about those of you that want it but dont wanna work for it. We had those too. Open it with your brains. Open it wider than we ever could. Open it because you can. When we wanna yell nobody yells louder, be heard. When we wanna listen nobody listens better. Learn all that you can. When we wanna be creative nobody is a better creator but God himself. Invent your own invention. When we wanna be proud nobody can be prouder from the moment the first African stepped off the ship. For like the moon landing it was one step for man, one step for my people. You represent your past, you represent the present, you represent your future and mines as well. Represent well.
