Dear Canada Council, My name is __________ and I have a Great Idea!!! It involves ponies and Elmer Glue and glitter and elderly people (none of which will be hurt in the process). The piece will be somewhat functional, but it is really intended to be an installation. It does move though so it might also fit into the performance art category. Wait, do you still have a performance art category? Anyway, I will need money to think about making it and then I will need money to make it and then I will need money to move it and then I will need money to visit it all over the world. (Apparently the galleries will pay for return shipping though.) Also, my art agent has asked for a small 20% fee on top of the moneys you might like to send me. I am sure you can handle that.
