Genesis 23:10-13 LESSON 2) The Sabbath Rest principle is not something that is good and valid only for us humans, but for all of Gods creation. The land was suppose to be worked 6 years, and then rested on the 7th. I remember my grandparents were doing that when they had their tomato and then their carnations & tulips farm. Their harvest was always greater because they always gave a year break to the soil of one of their 4 greenhouses. Listen to God! God has written the instruction manual for your life and every living creating on this planet Earth. If you follow his instructions, even when you dont completely understand them, you will prosper more than if you do it your own way.
