Genesis 26:1-6. A famine, again there was a famine in the land, but this time God warned Isaac not to go to Egypt as his father Abraham had done. God told Isaac to stay in Canaan and then made these promises. "I will be with you. I will bless you. I will give all these lands to your descendants. I will confirm the oath I swore to your father Abraham. I will make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky. Through your offspring all nations will be blessed." Such amazing promises, but we live in a day when we are seeing them fulfilled. How do we know that the Word of God is true? The evidence is right before our eyes...Israel!
