Gentle, affectionate, loving and tolerant actions that are not returned: Self-regard concerns getting instant personal benefits and gains, while honest love and kindness do not check nor estimate whats in it for them. Isnt our father and mother the greatest representations of this? A supportive yell and a very loud HOOAH for their spirit, bravery and tenacity!!! I believe their struggles and obstacles as GOOD parents will absolutely find their honor. Many may look at life as means to gain influence and control, and doing favors and giving assistance as investments that will bring them benefits. We are always presented with opportunities to help others in need, but many times we may have told ourselves...Wait. Whats in it for me? :) Courage! Courage! I think Ill say hi and smile (and not recoil) to someone who is always in a hateful mood :) or someone who dislikes me. hehe. Yeah! Go, Monday!
