Gentlemen, just a quick reminder to members of Club Regulation point 14 with regards to flying at the common. Flying over road and car parking area should be avoided. There are still instances where this may be happening (think I may be one of the guilty ones) and the club has been made aware of this by a nominated safety officer. No names have been mentioned, but something to bear in mind when flying at the common. We will hopefully have news regarding our secondary flying site within the next couple of weeks. Will be arranging a meeting shortly with all safety officers/committee members, (fixed wing and helicopters) to discuss flight lines etc. and will post full details when everything finalised, and site becomes fully functional.
