GeoEngineering-based Letter to the Editor that was not printed or accepted about the cover story of the Chico News & Review (weekly newspaper) December 11, 2014 issue: The top 10 stories mainstream media overlooked in 2014. (although it was posted as an online comment) The top 10 stories were: 1. Our oceans are acidifying—even if the nightly news hasn’t told you yet 2. Top 10 U.S. aid recipients practice torture 3. Corporate Internet providers threaten net neutrality 4. Trans-Pacific Partnership, a secret deal to help corporations 5. Bankers remain on Wall Street despite major crimes 6. The “Deep State” of plutocratic control 7. FBI dismisses plot against Occupy as NSA cracks down on dissent 8. Ignoring extreme weather connection to global warming 9. U.S. Media hypocrisy in covering Ukraine crisis 10.World Health Organization suppresses report on Iraq impacts ======================================== I dont know where you got your list of top 10 stories mainstream media overlooked in 2014, but you seriously missed the boat, because #1 should have been about the GeoEngineering Aerosol Spraying that is occurring above our heads on an almost daily basis. The issue is SO immediate and important that people should pretty much stop supporting and working on other issues until this one is taken care of, because if we (as a species) are not here, then the others do not matter. It is literally (most likely) that dire of a situation. These GAStrails, or colloquially and less scientifically, chemtrails (SSAGtrails is also a better term: SUB-Stratospheric Aerosol GeoEngineering spray trails), are a toxic abomination that is greatly affecting, at the very least contributing to, if not creating, the climate change we see happening in front of our eyes, as well as negatively affecting our health, and the health of our planet and its other non-human inhabitants. This is now well-beyond are they? or could they be?, easily beyond a reasonable doubt, to any minimally informed and aware person. There are still many people in extreme denial, experiencing cognitive dissonance, choosing to indulge in willful ignorance, and/or exhibiting immature stubbornness, about the issue, but they are quickly falling by the wayside. (these misinformed, pseudo-informed and un(der)educated people often like to misuse the terms conspiracy theory and conspiracy theorists as negative, derogatory, dismissive, ridiculous blather, sometimes as a form of psychological self-preservation) If the issue is as bad as it seems, and it is probably worse than most are willing to admit to, then it is by far the primary issue facing people today. All of those that you reported are not even close seconds. — William Donnelly ChicoSkyWatch.org ================================================== newsreview/chico/caught-in-the-haze/content?oid=15729046
