George Fisher has written a post in his blog demanding that Chairman Randy Voller force First- Vice Chair Patsy Keever resign her post over the mailer that was sent out before the election. My question to Mr. Fisher is, why is Pasty Keever being singled out in this matter? This was a mailer printed on Party letterhead, mailed with the Partys bulk mail permit. A mailing of this size would require that the Executive Director, Casey Mann, sign off on it. As well as the communications director. It would take a number of the staff to prep a mailing of this size. How about them? Patsy Keever has neither the means or authority to prepare and send any mailer, not to mention a mailing of this size. Why does Patsy get hung out to dry, and the staff of Goodwin House , lead by Casey Mann, get a free pass? How about Chairman Voller? I am a Captain, that is how I make my living, and anything that happens on my command, on my watch, is my responsibility. At this time, Chairman Voller is the Captain of this party, and it is his responsibility to oversee things of this nature. The Buck stops with Chairman Voller. In the end, it is his responsibility, no one else. So George, if you are going to call for resignations, start with the people that prepared and mailed this mailing, the ED that oversaw it, and the Chairman who is the man responsible for things that are done in the Partys name. What is good for the goose, is good for the gander.
