George Lamond: The reigning “King of Freestyle”, George Lamond burst on the dance music scene as the lead singer for Loose Touch, who released “Bad of the Heart”. The song soon became one of the most successful independent dance music singles ever released, as it made it’s way to Billboard’s Top 40 charts. The hit lead to Lamond scoring a major label deal with Columbia Records, and the full length “Bad of the Heart” album was released, it included the hits “Without You”, “Look Into My Eyes”, and his ballad with Brenda K. Starr “No Matter What”. Lamond’s second album, “In My Life”, featured Club hit “Where Does That Leave Love” and a remake of the Jackson Five’s “I Want You Back”. During this period in the hey day of Freestyle music, Lamond traveled the world and performed with many of the best performers in Pop music – with, or course a Dance music flavor. Throughout the years, George Lamond has managed to keep his loyal following of fans happy with his live shows and appearances on local and national television shows, and he has also ventured back to his culture with salsa and Latin Hip Hop releases. Recently, Lamond reunited with a pair of legendary producers known for the Freestyle roots – Chris Barbosa (Shannon, Brenda K.
