George Osborne has denounced plans for a secondary school for gay or transgender pupils as a form of segregation that would fail to tackle the issue of homophobia in education. He said: “The best solution to this challenge, and I accept there is a challenge with homophobic bullying, is to make sure we get rid of the bullying rather than feeling we have to take kids out of our schools and teach them somewhere else.” Do you think an LGBT school is a good idea?
