George Washington wrote in his Farewell Address, Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indespensable results.... And let us with caution indulge the supposition that morality can be maintained without religion. I might add, without Christ guiding us. However, separation of religion and government was not to lead people away from religion but to allow them to follow their own paths towards it. Yet our progressive courts are doing EVERYTHING they can to stigmatize believers as religious zealots or marginalize them as social extremists. They accept only secular Statists into their elite utopian model and that model is the coercion behind our cultural decline. Moral Order and Liberty cannot survive without the other. Hence, America can not survive this progressive movement. It is time to embrace the Founders and the Church. God Bless America!
