Germany is a bunch of hot-headed cocky douches who didnt deserve this. Bastian Schweinsteiger is one of the dirtiest players in the game. Messi was the lone hope and he got so close. It was a good goal and cross from Schürrle to Götze for the goal. But Im tired of the experienced veterans winning. Come 2018, its the quest for the Americas to take back the World Cup. We have a great crop of young players and the European teams are full of hardened old guys who are close to retirement. Maybe Germany played better and had better ball possession, but Argentina had more shots, and if the Messi offside goal in the first half had counted, this mightve ended differently. Congratulations to Germany for winning a 4th World Cup, but I think in 4 years its time for the Young North, South, and Central America teams to bring it and give it their all and bring the World Cup back to the Western Hemisphere.
