During this program, there will be an explosive outpour of miracles!!! Your Goliath has no chance! Your Haman will be messed up! You shall have permanent rest from shame and disgrace! You shall have MANY divine surprises this year! Naaman dipped himself “SEVEN” times in River Jordan and was made whole. Joshua and his army possessed Jericho by the power of “SEVEN”. Jesus spoke “SEVEN” words to the man at the pool of Bethesda “Rise, take up thy bed and walk” Prayer: By the power of SEVEN, I kick out {FILL IN THE BLANK} from my life!!! THE POWER OF HOLY VIOLENCE By Pastor Leke Sanusi on Sunday, 07/13/14 (Evening session) Matthew 7:7-8 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. There are three levels of prayer revealed in the above-referenced scripture. - The level of asking - The level of seeking (which is higher than asking) - The level of knocking The level of “knocking” is to go to a higher realm of prayer. It means to apply some force into your prayer. It is a level of spiritual violence – a level that refuses to accept “no” for an answer. For lack of a better word, it is a level of holy madness or spiritual craziness. It is a level of “I will not let you go except you bless me!!!” Brethren, I employ you to approach this Power Explosion program with “holy violence” and I can guarantee that you will experience explosive miracles. Matthew 11:12 And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force. A great man once said “it is only a fool that will keep doing the same thing without any result” This year, change your attitude in praises, prayer, fasting, and giving. Your progress or speed is not determined by what you are pursuing but by what is pursuing you. If not torments of Peninnah, Hannah would not have gotten violent in the place of prayers. There is no limit to human capability except self-imposed limitation. If you are desperate enough, you will celebrate because in a desperate situation the capacity at which you function will amaze even “you”. Everyone carries the gene of possibility. Everything Everything is possible with God if you pay the price. Job 14:14 If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come. THIS WEEK, YOUR CHANGE WILL COME!!! The only thing that does not change is the unchanging changer. You can’t find God on a platter of gold because he (God) has “hideouts” and hides himself. MAY YOU BE DESPERATE ENOUGH TO FIND GOD IN HIS “HIDEOUT”!!! Isaiah 8:17 And I will wait upon the LORD, that hideth his face from the house of Jacob, and I will look for him. MAY YOU LOOK FOR GOD THIS WEEK!!! Isaiah 45:15 Verily thou art a God that hidest thyself, O God of Israel, the Saviour. Brethren, the savior hides himself. It is your responsibility to seek him out. Jeremiah 29:13 And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. THIS WEEK, YOU WILL FIND GOD! HE WILL COME OUT OF HIS HIDEOUT! YOU WILL EXPERIENCE HIS GOODNESS! Miracles are not cheap. A price tag is attached to each one though you can get some things by his mercy and grace. In Mark 5:25-29, the woman with the issue of blood “bulldozed” her way through the multitude and so received from Jesus that he felt virtue had left him and said “who touched me?” THIS WEEK, CONNECT AND COLLECT WHAT GOD HAS FOR YOU!!! Many have refused to pay the price. Do not look at this program as just another routine. Change your attitude. Change your approach. RECEIVE THE POWER TO BECOME HOLY VIOLENT IN THE PLACE OF PRAYER!!! True faith does not give up. In Mark 10:46-49, Bartemaeus cried out THE MORE when people tried to shut him up to the extent that Jesus stood still and attended to him. HEAVEN WILL STAND STILL FOR YOU!!! Every desperate person who paid the price finally got their desired breakthrough. GOD WILL TURN YOUR MOCKERY TO MIRACLE! In Genesis 30:1, Rachel told Jacob “give me children or I die!!!” Brethren, that statement was the beginning of her miracle. Esther said “If I perish, I PERISH!!!” and guess what???? SHE DID NOT PERISH!!! Prayer: My father, my father, MY FATHER, give me {FILL IN THE BLANK} or I die !!!! God is not moved by your complaints or murmurings but by your desperate violent prayers. The bible gives an account of some men that broke the roof because they desperately wanted healing for their friend on a stretcher. Brethren, BREAK THE ROOF TO GET TO THE ALTAR OF GLORY!!! Acts 12:1 Now about that time Herod the king stretched forth his hands to vex certain of the church. Vexing problems are those problems that make you want to tear the roof. Some examples of vexing problems are: - If you are tired of lack of progress - Fruitless hard labor - Prolonged infirmity - Imminent disgrace and failure - Victimization - Prolonged delay (hope deferred makes the heart go weary). HOW TO EXPRESS HOLY VIOLENCE - Prolonged fasting - Genuine repentance - Heartfelt tears - Deeper consecration to the service of God - Inspired prophetic actions - Violent seed sowing (eg Solomon’s sowing) - Unusual step of faith (prolonged, aggressive prayers) There are desperate things you can do to bring God out of his hide out. Solomon knew himself as a nonentity. He was the son of a concubine. Absalom, on the other hand, was the biological heir to the throne. Even women described Absalom as “beautiful”. Solomon therefore offered a thousand burnt offering unto God and then kept increasing it until he offered unto God burnt offering that could not be numbered!!! It’s no wonder that God appeared to him and gave him an open ticket! Jacob put forth a desperate attitude and his story changed to glory. Let us pray… Acts 12:5 Peter therefore was kept in prison: but prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him. Psalm 70:5 But I am poor and needy: make haste unto me, O God: thou art my help and my deliverer; O LORD, make no tarrying. PRAYERS - Father, my case is urgent, make haste unto me! - My father, I will not let you go except you bless me! - Father of mercies, make me a testimony Believe in the Lord your God and you shall be established; believe his prophets and you shall prosper… PROPHETIC INSTRUCTIONS FOR MONDAY & TUESDAY!!! Write down the issues you are facing (include every dry bone situation). Put them in an envelope and bring it with you to the Power Explosion program Monday, 07/14/14!!!
