Get Ripped Tip #9 of 10 Screw cardio part 2. Yesterday I shared some effective high intensity cardio methods, and today Ill share one more. Barbell complexes, also known as cardio with a barbell. Heres one of the complexes Im currently doing once per week: Grab a barbell (guys start around 50 lbs, ladies start around 25 lbs) and do 15 reps for each of the following exercises (see Vince DelMontes attached video for a demo of the exercises youre unsure about). Get through the complex as many times as possible in 20 minutes resting as little as possible. A1. Muscle Snatch A2. Good Morning A3. Alternating Lunge (15 reps each side) A4. Snatch Grip Shoulder Press A5. Snatch Grip RDL A6. Snatch Grip Row to Waist A7. Snatch Grip Deadlift #delmonteproteam
