Example: 10 jumping jacks 10 push ups 10 sit ups 10 air squats Repeat exercise for 5 to 10 mins Increase reps and time as you progress in stability, control, strength, and endurance. Do not aim for speed. Aim for great form and completely performing the exercise properly. Speed will come with proper execution.
