Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Always looking for new ways to keep my body guessing and always progressing. Never adapting to what Im doing. Ive been taking rest days on Saturdays and Sundays so today I decided to shock my mind and body a little and I blasted a chest workout followed by 5 sets of hill sprints.
