Get it crew! You all rocked our Tone it Up Tuesday Night Zumba Sentao & Zumba Toning DTF/DTZ Divas! And you came out not worried about the cold, we are all straight serious about our fitness journey. So many people on FB think Zumba Sentao is easy, well its not, its actually is the beast out of any Zumba training. I challenge all to come out and do my class, all I can say is that you will find more strength in your body. Divas, you will feel it in the am ! You all are so excellent and Im so honored to be your instructor. Keep it up! I love the Fire in my class to push harder. My other Tuesday night Divas & Studs we worked it for u too. DTF/DTZ Rocks-WE DONT STOP TILL WE BREAK A SWEAT!
