Get movin peeps! Fitness First Middle East and Dubai Mall have collaborated to motivate the UAE’s residents to get active and stay fit, while dancing to ‘Ain’t no Mountain High Enough’ at the base of the Burj Khalifa. Scheduled to take place on Friday, 25 October at 5:30pm, the dance at the world’s largest choreographed fountain system will be led by highly qualified Fitness First instructors. Intended as a fun activity for the entire family, the event will send out a message to the residents of Dubai on the importance of staying active and leading a healthy lifestyle. It is a free event open to all. To register, participants are required to SMS their name and ‘dance’ to 4900. Participants can learn their moves at home by watching the YouTube - ‘Learn the Steps’ video @ youtube/fitnessfirstme1. All participants will be given a special goody-bag with items from Fitness First and Dubai Mall to raise breast cancer awareness. Pink t-shirts will be distributed to girls and yellow t-shirts for boys. These can be collected from the registration desk, following the signing-up process. Mention the sms to 4900.
