In the bag are: Apples Baked chicken Carrots and cucumber strips Coconut macaroons Date-nut raw food cookies. Coconut flour blueberry muffins. Almonds. We have carbs, protein, good fats. Picture 2: my carry on luggage: Medical food, shaker cup. Supplements ( the essentials) including high potency anti-oxidants and Vit C for the flight. Picture 3: travel home Whole Foods market shopping list - apples - banana -kiwi - a whole, precooked free range chicken, meat stripped and in a glass container. - carrots and cucumber - nuts - dark chocolate covered blueberries !!! All natural.
