Get rid of the I cant mindset. As powerful as the human body is, its simply controlled by the mind. The mind rans at a pace the body can never keep up with especially when its been given a legitimate reason to do so through pain, hurt, betrayal etc inflicted by close pals. It connects things that doesnt need to be connected, things that are not related but will find a way to make you believe they are. It will slowly seduce your zeal and causes you to give up. Dont you know it takes a disappointment to discover a new power/gift/talent? Do you even know the power you have and what you can do? Its written in scripture that you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you, dont try to do it on your own or through men. Now take over your mind and let God take away your pain and walk into the glory that has been prepared for you like a boss. I believe in you, you can do IT!
