Get rid of your alarm clock. I realized two weeks ago that I had not set my alarm clock in over four years so I got rid of it. I am so excited to take on each and every day that I cant wait to get out of bed and face the new day. Try adjusting your mindset each night by realizing all of the things for which you are grateful. Then, decide that you are going to have an amazing day tomorrow. Whether you have unpleasant tasks or joyous events on your calendar the next day, you can CHOOSE to make the day great so set your expectations to make every day the best day of your life.
