Get up & Jump its Friday!!!! Happy Halloween #fitfam If you do enjoy a piece if candy or too much here are two moves to burn it off! Share it with your friend so they dont feel as guilty eating that candy! 1⃣x jumps forward and back -modify by squaring and standing with arms up and one leg extended then squat repeat other side. 2⃣scissor jumps -modify by squaring and step taping the leg behind squat and step tap opposite leg. 30 seconds each move do 5 sets
