Get your Email right I love that you emailed, but dont know how to get back to you. I have a lot of sales and marketing professionals that email me. I like email. It is nice to organize, civilized and all that. What makes me NUTS - one of the many things - is that when you send me an email and I want to pick up the phone, you dont have your phone number listed in your signature. Many times you sign it with just your first name. Really? Do you WANT me to call you? Make it easy for someone to communicate with you. Perhaps they want to set up a demo with you, or buy your service, or talk about a strategic partnership. If you do not include a phone number, you give a clear message that you are really not about developing a relationship and want to remain at arms length. REVIEW your signatures. Better yet, make sure you have them in each signature for each email account you use. We have ideas on how to use that signature area, keep it updated with your latest great thing you want to promote and more.
