Get your kids out in nature! Take time AWAY from electronics, get off the couch and out into the GORGEOUS outdoors! This has been one of the greatest things we have introduced to our family life and our health. You dont have to hike to the top of mountains to enjoy the outdoors (but you could...;) ), just anywhere quiet, in nature, to breath the fresh air, to spend time with your family uninterrupted and to remember how much the Good Lord has blessed us with. My hubs made this video of my son, Israels 5th birthday. He requested to hike a mountain. The video made me tear up! Is and his dad had some good bonding time and a weekend of outdoors and now Im DYING to get the whole family out for another great adventure! Enjoy!
