Do not underestimate how important the correct promotion and wording can be to selling your home. Pictures of your house are the first contact most buyers will have with your home. Choose wisely, as the right one will grab a buyer’s attention. A good external shot is the best one to go for, or a photograph of an amazing view. Potential buyers don’t want to see pictures of beds, messy kitchen bench tops or bathrooms with toilet seats up. Photos of features and selling benefits are all you need.
