Getting a review like this on a Monday, speechless: Luis Martinez training is only for the determined child with a parent willing to listen to the truth regarding their childs’ development. Based on my son’s accomplishments thus far, I was surprised to read Luis’s evaluation of him after a couple training sessions. Thus far my son, Noah Powder had won NJ State Championships, been voted MVP Northeast Region Futsal Championship, earned a starting position at Cosmos Academy(now BW Gottschee) and is currently a member of the NY Red Bulls Academy. Therefore, you could imagine my surprise when Luis handed me an evaluation rating Noah poorly in several key areas, however once I put my emotions aside and re-read the his recommendations I realized Luis had hit the nail on the head in all key areas. In youth soccer it’s hard to find a trainer that will risk his paycheck by telling parents what they don’t want to hear, the truth. I have not been everywhere but from what I have seen, Luis is one of the best technical trainers in the tri-state area. Luis focuses on the development of the player technically, mentally and physically showing a deep commitment to building the confidence of your child. I highly recommend Luis Martinez to committed kids with parents prepared for the truth, others should seek patronizing elsewhere. Lester Lewis-Powder (who introduced me to George Weah) Amen
