Getting closer. As my wise teacher always says, there is so much more to yoga than the physical aspect. Which is why Ive fallen in love with it.That being said, I do have physical goals in my own practice, mostly for the sake of personal accomplishment and the experience of it. This is one Ive been taking baby steps toward for a long while, but Ive still got some polishing to do. The #journey to the peak is what Im after. Jeff, I can just feel your eyes rolling in the back of your head. ;)
