Getting dinner menu planned for Saturday. Course 1. Deconstructed Caesar salad with quail egg crouton Course 2 baked clam with fennel, tomato, garlic, shallots over fresh linguine. Course 3 lamb chop lollipops with fresh mint/ pea puree, charcoal baked new potatoes, stuffed mini peppers (tomato, caper,olive) Course 4 blueberry/mur semi freddo Coffee, petits fours, liquers. Wines will be gravonia 2007 viura, la storia 2010 zinfandel, Pedro ximenes 1985 sherry.
