Getting enough PROTEIN? Since the body can’t store protein for later (like carbs and fat), we need a CONSISTENT INTAKE throughout the day to keep our muscles nourished and hunger at bay. Consuming a high-protein BREAKFAST has been shown to reduce hunger throughout the day. -Egg whites, Greek yogurt, nuts, beans, quinoa, and lean meats/fish are all good sources. If you eat multiple small meals in a day, be sure to include protein in each one.
