Getting more aggressive with my ring work. Using the whole body in the right way, direct energy in the right direction - super important. Not easy for a girl who spent a lot of time isolating muscle groups for weight training! CrossFit is about utilizing the whole body, whenever possible, to conserve energy and NOT burn out a particular muscle group. Thats the way to WIN in competitions. :) Baby steps...
