Getting my thermals ready for Wednesday evening when I return to The Green at North Hykeham for their Nativity event. Once again, it is my very great pleasure to compere the open-air show on the bandstand between 5.45 and 8pm and the line-up includes Silver Sounds Brass Band, pupils from North Kesteven School with an extract from their play, Schools Together (Christmas carols), Robert Pattinson School pupils in a shadow performance, the Nicola Withers School of Dance and ACTion Community Theatre. (North Kesteven School is particularly important to me because thats where I did my very first performance as a juggler back in January 1967!) Adrian Ley will be spreading some Christmas cheer along with Santa Claus and the Mayor of North Hykeham (Mark Reynolds). I am also looking forward to seeing Michael Thompson and his family and Ben Irons with their fairground equipment at the event. As far as I know, this will probably be my last public appearance before Christmas, so do try to get along if you can. It should be a good night.
